Local Interests

Meeson Hall is a country hall estate with holiday cottages set within its idyllic grounds. Located in the beautiful county of Shropshire, half way between the medieval county town of Shrewsbury and the modern vibrant town of Telford.

From long walks in the countryside through to the lively streets of Shrewsbury, Shropshire has something to offer every visitor. Here are a few of our favourite things to do in Shropshire

Ironbridge

The World Heritage site of Ironbridge Gorge in Telford is regarded by many as the birthplace of the Industrial Revolution. Today there are ten award winning museums running along the valley, including the fantastic Blists Hill Victorian Town, and it's less than 15 miles from Meeson Hall.
